The following information is needed from anyone requesting support from the Buffalo Soldiers Motorcycle Club Fayetteville, NC Chapter.  The Chapter must receive all support requested  thirty (30) days before date support is required.

• The Chapter needs this information as soon as possible, so it can be submitted to the full membership for approval.  Our Chapter meets the 3rd Saturday of each month.

• Name of event POC; Name, phone number and email address

It’s your event so you need to follow up after submitting your request to make sure the parties have received the request, once you know they have received the request please do a follow-up if you have not received an answer in a timely manner.
